偶爾早起，看到老爸在客廳裏呆看窗外的風景。也許因為睡眼惺忪，老爸看起來比記憶中的他還要老上十年：腰比以前彎，皺紋比昨天深，頭髮比以往疏落，只剩下一束束白。

於是我走上去搭話：「最近天氣冷了。」

老爸依舊看著窗景，說：「是啊，你看對面那山，樹都禿了。」

我看過去果真如此，便乘著問：「樹每年什麼時候會禿呢？」

老爸說：「冬至的時候吧，每年聖誕節前的時候就禿了。」

我嗯了聲就再沒問下去了。過了幾秒，老爸笑着說：「我也到了冬至的時候吧。」

我聽了他的話，鼻頭一酸，呆在那跟他看稀疏枯寂的禿樹。
