這是一部和我朋友共同聯想創作的故事(其實我們都是第一次寫小說)。故事主角上官涵，是個天兵又調皮的準高一生，由於她考上距家遙遠的學校，因此必須在附近租房。因資金困窘而倍感煩惱的她，有天竟撿到一張上頭寫著租房免費的廣告單!她馬上興高采烈地飛奔而去—但隨即她發現，事情可沒她所想的那麼簡單，因為—這棟房子裡的「人」，都不是「人」!

「呃…上面寫著租房，可是又是免費。好像有些矛盾耶！」我試著開玩笑。

「……」面癱男完全不領情。

「別在意，他本來就這樣。」兄妹檔如此解釋。

「喔，對了對了！有件事忘了提醒妳—我們是妖怪喔！」正太用一臉純真的笑容說道。

--咦咦咦？!他說啥？妖怪？應該只是開玩笑的……吧?--
