我在旁邊偷師看他的動作,啊?原來他用海豚式踢水來抵消衝回水中的反動力,那組全身呈波浪型的動作,挺腹、屈膝、提臀、發力踢腿,再配合蝶手的抱水、划水、推水,使得肩膀以上半身衝出水面呼吸,手臂在水面使掌心能夠旋向外,在肩的帶動下迅速從空中前移到頭上,高舉雙臂後重新入水,再還原重新準備做下一個周期的動作,整套動作一氣呵成。123Please respect copyright.PENANAWZKqnCVsUg
