雖說香港已經變回一個安全的地方，但始終沒有人來。

後來，中國政府為了令那人均收入的數字上升，將那些有工作卻收入過低的人民列為「賤民」。

雖說被列為「賤民」，但他們卻有一個特權。

那就是被「邀請」，來到這一片「寶地」──香港。

中國政府沿香港的邊境建造了一堵圍牆，好令人們無法逃走。

這裡沒有法律，沒有政府，好聽一點就是烏托邦，難聽的話就是法外之地。

中國政府為了督促人民努力工作，他們為香港改了一個外號…

賤港。
