回擊者，是主張報復一般人的武裝組織。

沉寂一時的組織再度活躍，並大舉對超能力武裝的據點發起攻擊，再次激化一般人與超能力者的對立。回擊者招攬超能力學生引起校方高度注意，採取對策防止犯罪勢力滲入校園。

永翎和鄰座的凝欣一起參加社團活動，同時擔任聯校文化祭的美術總監設計宣傳物。兩人的關係迅速升溫，隨著日子過去，永翎逐漸察覺凝欣心事重重的原因。
