I never wanted to follow mira to the cinema, first I hate crowd and then I hate horror movies. Well too bad I will experience both in that maniac cinema.
The attendant really gave me a reason to turn back home, his crazy smile was like that of a clown but more annoying, i didn't want to take part in watching so I just put my earphone on enjoying my music and working on my website, but then mother hit my head hard
" mother what was that for ? It really hurts "
"Of course I want it to hurt you, today is mira's birthday make it special for her atleast, just for once stop thinking about yourself alone " she yelled back at me.
That's what I get always, being so misunderstood " I love mira but I hate horror movies, this is two different things.
Then something strange begins to happen, it seemed like the ghost from the movie knows what I feel and her words were directly to me
" it's OK, I get that all the time when I was still breathing, being misunderstood but I took my revenge on every single one. plucked out their eyes, cut off their arms, feed their ears to them and take off their hearts " I turned around to check if everyone was still here with me, but I saw the seats empty now I know something is not right
" I am talking to you and you alone " the evil voice continues
" join me you are just like me "
I stood up from my sit and run towards the door but it's locked
" help me, anybody, please somebody help me " I said in a shaky voice
" you want help, I will help you " her voice was so ugly it could tear out one's ears. I buried my face in my hands didn't want to look at the television but she called me again
" look at him, look sefi "
I looked with one eye and saw our school bus driver tied down
" please help me sefi please "
" Remember the day he scolded you in front of everyone and made the students laughed at you, now he must pay with his heart" She pushed her fingers in his chest and plucked out his heart and fed on it.
" so yummy " ...seeing this made me scream I ran back to the door hitting it with all the strength I've got, I became so scared so alone no one heard my call , then her ugly voice spoke again
" let us have some peace !
You know this one " I turn quickly, it's Bailey
" let her go " I said
" she bully's you a lot, now she must pay with her heart "
" no no no ! Let her go " I begged but still she took her heart off and fed on it
" stop all this please stop ! "
" shut up and sit, you are no better, you always crave for revenge for every injustice you got. now I'm helping because you are just like me so shut up and enjoy the view "
" I will never be a monster like you, you ugly filthy freak ! " my reply made her angry I took one of the chairs to smash the television but a stronger force pulled it off my hands and pushed me down, I struggle to stand up but it started dragging me on my face, I scream and cried. I turned to see who it was but it's image was not clear. I held onto one of the chairs and manage to escape the pull. " I can't beat what I can't see " I say as I grab my bag and try to run towards the door again of course it's behind me I know but I didn't turn back and try to open the open the door again but still hard. I checked my bag to find anything I could save myself with but nothing , then I saw my Qur'an ( muslims holy book ) i never go anywhere without it, I brought it out and whisper to myself " please God save me " I heard it moving backwards now, I didn't opened my eyes I just hug my Qur'an to myself and continue praying drowning myself in my tears
" I am so sorry God
Please save me
I am not evil
I'm sorry if I ever thought evil, I promise not to wish for revenge again, please help me ya Allah "
I opened my eyes in fear when I felt a touch
" Are you OK my dear " a calm voice , my mother's
" why are you crying sefi " mira asked
I couldn't say anything just stare at them
" are you OK sefi please talk to me "
" Can I hug you mother " is all I could I say
" of course my love come here "
I squeezed her tight to myself and hugged mira too . after a while I pulled myself out and smiled
" I'm OK now " I said and turn to the television to continue the movie but now it's not a horror one it's mr Bean. We finished it up and left the cinema but i was a little bit scared, I hoped our school bus driver was alive and bailey too. Mother noticed I'm cold and said " look sefi I'm very sorry I yelled at you back there, i love you so much OK, please cheer up for me. I nodded and smiled . as we walk to where our car was parked I heard my name " sefi ! " and turned it was bailey. she came closer to me
" I saw you whimpering in there, were you scared "
She said in a mockery tone
" I'm fine " but she and her friends continued laughing
" it's OK I forgive you" was my last words to her, even though I hate her I wish her good . hopefully our bus driver will be alive .
The next day the news of our bus drivers death was everywhere and that got me really scared.
