Basic Premise: Amery Carol has never been good at school. In fact, she's just about the bottom of her class, but she knows there is nothing she can do to escape her fate. Her city bases everything on intelligence, and if Amery stays this bad, she could very well lose everything and more. Contains eugenics.

Inspiration: Funny how friends can have great ideas but no drive to write! My friend just put this idea out and I snatched it like a butterfly in the air. And it's not bad, though some liken it to something more sinister. I do have a happy ending in mind, so suggestions are allowed, just keep them happy. Enjoy!
