Like Pulmonary edema(a condition caused by excess fluid in the lungs), but for the heart; the only difference is that instead of any regular fluid filling your heart, it's dark, black tar. The tar will eventually become too much for your heart to handle, progressively creating small holes in your heart. After around 6 months of having the disease, the black tar will start to spill from your mouth and eyes, making it impossible to speak as the tar hardens in your body. The hardening in the body causes complete paralysis of the body, though this doesn't happen immediately. The tar will take months to harden- approximately 3 months total, giving the patient and doctors enough time to properly clean the tar before its hardening state. This disease Is caused by your mind, heart, and soul being intoxicated by the lies and hurt of a loved one (typically a lover). This disease is called myocardium tar, with a survival rate of 2% and developed after birth, it's been ranked one of the most deadly and easiest to get diseases. It is likely that if you were to become diagnosed with myocardium tar, you would not survive.
