西元2170年，第十三屆黑白兩族交流會舉行了，來自白族的納克和克萊兒隨著族長馬利克來到了黑族艾列克市，但是在交流會的這段期間時在艾列克市幾個地方都發生了奇怪的事情，身為黑族第一王子的馬提斯·朗華特雖然很想實現小時候和某位也是來自白族的女人約定親自帶著他們去旅遊，但還是迫於情勢之下只好開始著手追查嫌犯，但沒想到的是，敵人的手法和真面目都十分隱密，甚至威脅到了交流團的成員，這讓馬提斯和不知情的交流團們都陷入了危機之中。
