Myra's eyes open slowly. She sees a small apartment and five teens surrounding her. One is her brother, Dell. Tall, buff, nerdy, redheaded Dell. Another is Finn, her brother's friend. He seems odd to Myra, but she doesn't care. Another teen is a shorter blonde girl who's wearing a soccer jersey that says "Turner". Next to her is a brown-haired girl, Willa, who looks like a regular teenage girl, but somehow different. The fifth teen is an African-American boy who's wearing a green t-shirt. Myra somehow feels safer than she did outside when she first was found as a hologram. She finds she is laying on a couch. Where is she?
"Myra?" Philby asks. "Are you OK?"
Myra hesitates, taking a deep breath. She takes in everything around her, then sighs. "Yeah. I'm OK." She takes a good look at her big brother, taking in how much he's grown since she saw him. "I missed you, Dell."
"I missed you, too, sis."
"OK, let me get this straight," says Willa. "You've had a little sister all this time and you never even told me- I mean, us?!"
"I just never see her," Philby says. "She's always at boarding school."
"You forgot about your own little sister!?" Charlene exclaims. "That is the most horrible thing you've ever done, Philby, I swear. You've done a lot of super horrible things, but this, honestly, is the worst."
"Come on, Charlene," Philby says, "you know me better than that."
"I'm a little surprised myself, Phil," Maybeck says. "I never forget my aunt and I'm worse than you."
"Shut up, will you?" Philby says, rolling his eyes. "Myra, these are my friends, the Kingdom Keepers. Finn, Maybeck, Charlene and Willa. Guys, this is my sister, Myra. She's thirteen."
"Aw, that's how old we were when we met each other," Maybeck says. "Remember how short ya'll were compared to me?"
"Aw, you're so pretty!" Charlene says. "I love your name, too, it's beautiful."
"Philby, she looks just like you!" Willa says. "Except shorter. And she's a girl."
"Nice to meet you, Myra," says Finn. He shakes her hand.
Holograms, waking up at Disney World, seeing her long lost brother.
This is going to be an interesting adventure.
