Because he felt a melancholy like mine.

He was a sullen and spooky man,

A genius in his own respect.

I stare up at the moon in hopes

He can hear me.

The wonder of this great world,

And how un-alone we really are.

However in my darkest moments,

The opposite prevails and I understand,

The anguish and the sorrow in your words.
