因為葉宇心的關係，引進了現代科技，其實主要是提供一種idea，天界不缺能力，缺的只有想像力，法力高的神仙，像大自在王佛幾乎什麼都可以做，只是以前的她沒想過晶片這種東西，所以現在一知道，馬上就造了出來，因為她現在不在天上，只能委由觀世音....他們來製作，有了晶片後，以前在人間安排的紀錄者，也有人美其名為守護神啦，全部都被fire了，因為經過調查，發現裡面有四分之三的紀錄者都偷懶，沒有全程跟錄，常常都謊報，造成冤獄無數。
