從其他人口中知道，有個同事不久就離職，聽聞是進修學習，他比我大一歲，也是剛剛入職的，他工作這個月便走了。那麼我是工程部裏最年輕的員工。工程部人手不足的問題更加明顯，不過五年，員工失去了一半，因為公司青黃不接，缺乏年青人加入。我也要早作打算，設計後路。
