After landing, the 12 girls walked through the airport an into a bus which would take them to the camp the bus ride was couple hours long, Mira and Jackie sat right next to each other, a new friendship born between them, “That’s Natalie, she is new just like you and the girl beside her is Stephanie who is new as well”, “So”, Jackie said was when they got the first view of the camp, there was a huge signboard that said welcome, “So”, said Jackie throwing her arm around Mira’s shoulders “This is your home for the next 6 months”, Mira took a deep breath and inhaled the fresh air, the bus they had taken from the airport was extremely stuffy and it was nice to starching your limbs after sitting for so long, After getting off the bus the girls had to walk a 250m dirt road to the base of this camp, “What kind of camp is in the middle of the jungle”, asked Mira because this was the complete opposite of what she had imagined it to be. “Well, Research has shown that 71% of those suffering from depression found relief through the availability of green spaces, ecotherapy, and using nature as a tonic.”, Jackie replied. “Wow, u really researched this place, didn’t you?”, Mira asked. “Well, I have been here for many years in my life, 4 as a patient requiring health and 2 as a volunteer deciding to lend my help”, Jackie replied.

Soon the camp was in sight, it had a huge stone arc that said Welcome in bright cheerful letters, there were small cottages made out of wood logs standing next to each other, each of them had a small stall attached to them, opposite the camp was a huge open shelter with tables and chairs right in the middle, opposite that were small brick building a little larger than the cottages, Mira was mind blown, it wasn’t gloomy and dull as she had expected, it was more like a vacation. “This is just the base”, Jackie said, “a little inside the forest are more buildings and tree houses for various activities”.
“Those cottages are for the patients, 4 girls one cottage”, Jackie continued. “And the brick houses are for the staff”, Jackie continued. “Girls gather around!”, screamed Jackie on top of her lungs, which made the 36 girls come closer to her. “Welcome to M.A.R.S, Medical Association for Rehabilitation and social work, Every human has had a hard time at some point in their life some of them get over it themselves and some need help, all of you are here for that, sometimes our problems are too big for us to solve on our own and we all need some help sometimes, humans are social creatures don’t be too afraid to ask for help, each and every staff over here is present to help you, and trust me when I say everything is going to be alright, you might not believe me but years ago I was one of you, When I was sixteen I was sent to juvenile for shoplifting, had some problems of my own and was sent here for social work, it took me 4 years but I have a better life now and I want to help each and every one every one of you to have the same. Good Luck”, Jackie said, A lot of the girls smiled at her speech and many rolled their eyes but Jackie was used to this she knew how each of them felt on their first time and she was certain everything is going to be alright.
“Thank you, Jackie,”, said an older woman, “My name is Renee, I am your Marton and your psychologist, many of you might remember me from the plane”, Said Renee, Mira rolled her eyes. “This camp has strict rules and would appreciate you following every single one of them”, Renee continued with a grim expression.
1. The day starts at 8 am and ends promptly at 10:30 pm
2. there would be 4 meals a day and each meal timing are specific.
3. All patients must participate in the activities and therapy assigned to them, no exceptions
4. All cottages should be kept clean and tidy and no misbehaviour will be tolerated.
5. Every student must be with staff if wanting to go deeper in the forest or to the village nearby.”, another woman took the place of Renee and started handing out slips for each girl's cottage.

Mira was assigned to cottage number 9, it was a small cozy cottage it had two bunker beds, 2 desks, and a small cupboard divided into four. A little above the top bunk was a small window for ventilation. Mira threw her duffle bag on the top of one of the bunks and climbed on. She hadn’t bought a lot of things, just a couple of pairs of clothes, a coat, a hairbrush, a toothbrush, her phone, and a laptop but inside her bag was a small black cloth box which she didn’t remember putting in, she pulled out the box to see a widely familiar object inside it, it was her camera, there was so much recorded in the camera at least a dozen song covers, various video diaries, and vlogs. Mira sighed as she ran her finger through the covered lens, she was going to place it back when she saw another thing, it was a brand-new memory card with a small note attached to it, “Get well soon buddy we all will wait for you, you can do this- Katy”, there was a small smile added to it. A smile cracked onto Mira’s face, she placed the camera back in the box and kept it safely under her clothes in her cupboard space.
