This book will be a set of diary entries about my autism and ADHD. I will talk about certain traits like sensory overload, selective mutism, socialization, etc. about autism and hyperfocus, dyslexia, hyperactivity, stimulation, etc. about ADHD.
General content warning for casual ableism, learning difficulties, etc. and people of all ages can read. Some chapters will be based on the themes of ableist violence, autistic meltdowns, mental illnesses as comorbidities, abuse, etc. for specific chapters. (hence people under the age of 16 should avoid)
