The rain was going to be a major flood.

Cal Gorman, Jr., the Wisconsin Emergency Services Commander, yelled: 'Make sure everyone's on hard ground'.

Shelby walked to the front door. 

'Please, take me'.

And she closed the doors and windows.

'We can't do that. You have to stay in your home'.

She sighed, and did as she was ordered to do.
