Salah satu pegawai loyal di perusahaan gue sudah resign minggu kemarin. Gue sih gak begitu perduli dengan orangnya. Cuma gua capek aja dengan kerjaan yang tambah banyak. Gue jadi harus back up pegawai lain. Gue mau nangis banget cuma gak ada air mata yang keluar. Perusahaan gue terlalu keras kepala dan gak mau nambah pegawai.
