  人類在演化的過程中成為了一種社會動物。

  可演化有其原因還有根據。

  就目前的主流觀點，孤獨感來源於基因。

  史前的智人生存環境惡劣，單獨一人時遭受危害難以生還，這讓富有孤獨感的人類更容易留下基因。

  將時間拉回現代，人與人之間時距地縮短改變了孤獨的本質。

  現在，孤獨更像是無法分享相同的價值觀、興趣、想法。
