在這個宇宙世代，人類上太空已經不是小時候我的志願，建立太空殖民衛星、接觸外星人及超光速飛行更不是天荒夜談或者是高度機密。即使現在過著人類以前無法想像的生活，一些更令人無法想像的事情和生物存在宇宙的某個角落。主角太一龍馬是一名太空垃圾回收商，在某一天接受爺爺的委托，駕駛飛船到達一個宇宙船隊甚少經過的空域，找尋已失聯多年的太空探測器。太空回收商在這類型的空域執行任務是正常不過的事，但今次行動竟然意外喚醒了古老的黑暗力量，改變了全人類和各宇宙種族的命運。
