夢想與理想，看似只有一字之差，意涵卻是天差地別。夢想是虛幻略帶不實的理想，理想則是現實又實際的夢想；或換言之，夢想是具有感性色彩的想望，而理想因本身即嵌有「理」字，就含有理性意味的成分。

常言道：「有夢最美，希望相隨。」這句簡短的八字箴言已然說明了夢想時常是與浪漫詩意畫上等號。當一個人開始緩語傾訴他的夢想時，可以描摹出一幅浮雲翩躚於湛藍的蒼穹自由自在，而那談夢的人，則在青翠草地上悠閒地臥躺，彷彿紅塵俗世對他來說，只是過眼雲煙，縱之毫不會覺得有半分可惜。他講論著所謂的夢想，侃侃而喋喋不休的模樣乍看之下還以為時間流淌甚久，事實上，他所耗費的口舌之時只不過一盞茶時分罷了。由此可見，夢想是幻美絕倫的。

俗語又道：「有理行遍天下。」這句至理名言雖然與理想一詞沒什麼關係可勾搭上邊，但卻無形中傳遞出理想其實是建構在一方非誑語的天地之上的。我可以想像，當人們正悠悠談論著理想時，那抹畫面該是有多麼地氣勢磅礡！由上述可知，理想是不容置疑地正氣凜然的。

有夢想和理想一齊擁有，是極佳的互補與充盈，有夢想就不能沒有理想，有理想就不能沒有夢想，因為兩者是共生共存且密不可分的體系存在。除了築夢，也需踏實。在夢想起飛之際，別忘了，理想是它最好的雙翼。
