原本天上住著一位掌管公平的座天使(座天使:天使中等級第三高的)，有她的存在世界很和平，但有幾隻墮天使偽裝成一般的天使去跟天神講羅希格德的壞話，天神聽信了他們的話，便把羅希格德貶下凡間，也不聽她解釋，在她消失後不久，人間大亂，天神才知道自己幹了什麼壞事，而被貶下凡間的羅希格德已沒了天上的記憶，也變成了國中生，但是她的心裡卻還存著反抗不公的想法，策畫著改變現在的世界。
