《黃帝內經‧素問‧四氣調神大論》說:「夏三月,此為蕃秀。天地氣交,萬物華實,夜臥早起,無厭於日,使志勿怒,使華英成秀,使氣得泄,若所愛在外,此夏氣之應,養長之道也;逆之則傷心,秋為痎瘧,奉收者少,冬至重病。」
「夫四時陰陽者,萬物之根本也。所以聖人春夏養陽,秋冬養陰,以從其根;故與萬物沉浮於生長之門。」
但到底是什麼意思?
1. 「蕃秀」「萬物華實」:指夏天植物茂盛。
2. 「夜臥早起」「無厭於日」:指夏天因為日照時間長,所以可以適當晚睡,也應該早起享受日光。
3. 「使志無怒」:指應心平氣和
4. 「使氣得泄,若所愛在外」:要使氣機通暢順,適當流汗,進行戶外活動。
中醫講究#順時養生,自然規律不可違,順應不同時節的自然規律作出相對應的養生,則可事半功倍,根除疾病並且防未病。
