好 我承認上面那個標題是掰的

因為我只是一個普通的國中生

但是我患有嚴重的自戀疾病（但我還蠻為此感到欣喜的）

所以發現過不少常人可能不以為知的自戀族秘密

我先來講講幾個你們不為人知的自戀族好處好了

1.超有自信心

覺得什麼事自己都辦得到

雖然有時候會出現一些認知錯誤

但是大部分時間都持續發揮著強大的影響力

例如老師發配工作時

像那種獎勵特別高但是特別難搞的工作

我通常就會第一個選擇

因為會覺得這個工作只有自己能勝任

而欣喜的接下來

而且我們的腦子裡是不存在失敗一說的

因為我覺得我超完美

所以做任何事情都會特別的有行動力

2.抗壓性超強

原因很簡單

我們也會受到打擊

但是想想自己身上的那些優點

鬱悶就全消了

而且一想到自己被罵 就代表還可以變更完美就很興奮（我真的是這樣）

而且我們因為超自戀

所以面子看很重（不一定是那種不能出糗的面子 驢子我就不是 我是把自己設定成不能哭的人 但是要帶給大家歡笑 所以反而喜歡出糗 哈哈）

所以我們會把所有的錯誤降到最低 以維持自己心中的形象

3.超級自律

原因跟上面所述一樣

不允許丁點對自己標準以外的任何差錯發生

所以都很自律

這些就是我現在青春期成為自戀族的自傳
