香港接連發生女童被殺案，下一位受害者隨時出現，市民人心惶惶，警方久未破案，已受到輿論及大眾壓力……


然而隨著警方的深入的調查，案情竟比想像中還要嚴重。兇手正進行一場極度邪惡的復仇，警方只能與時間競賽，阻止兇手完成餘下的計劃……。


正邪角力，踏上了沒有勝方的悲劇道路……
