　　我媽媽是個很擅長做補湯跟暗黑料理的人，如果這是狼人殺的話她一定是擁有解藥跟毒藥的女巫......

　　我永遠記得國中時她做給我吃的「小魚乾菠菜泡麵」，那簡直黑成陰影。

　　小魚乾是市場買的醃漬過，很重鹹可當下酒菜的那種小魚乾，配上新鮮買的菠菜，通通加進去泡麵裡端到我面前。

　　那碗泡麵！是苦的！（內心草尼馬奔騰）

　　小魚乾本身就有苦甜苦甜的味道了，我媽說什麼魚乾營養小孩多吃點，加了大把大把進去，那個苦鹹味也感染菠菜，再加上菠菜本身也有它特有的苦澀味，苦上加苦！簡直不能再苦！

　　雖然記憶有點薄弱了，但隱隱約約似乎記得我說麵好苦時，我媽回我：「冰箱還有牛奶，可以中和一下～」之後的記憶全是馬賽克，我想不起來那碗麵最後如何了。
