Tofu is a dish which is recently gaining popularity in India. Tofu is a dish made primarily by using soybean. Soybean are first soaked in water for few hours, made into soy milk. The milk is then coagulated with a coagulating agent to make the bean curd. By draining more moisture from the curd, tofu is then made.
