主角原型來自《異域狂想曲》的傑瑞（Jerry），因此名字也取作寇傑（CoJ），取「Copy of Jerry」的意思。


組織的原始概念也是從《異域狂想曲》過來，再自行補完。但因為補了太多東西進去，現在已經是個面目全非糊里糊塗但大家都已經習慣了的狀態，因此隨便啦。


作品名稱來自萊布尼茲的原子論，但跟整體內容沒有太大關係，只是在世界觀上借點部分概念過來。所以也不用太在意，一如往常地封面圖片與內文不符，中文字順序不影響閱讀，看電視時請保持適當距離室內光線明亮充足。
