〔呂振中譯〕「我必賜福與她，賜給你一個兒子由她而出：我必賜福與她，使她做多國之母；必有多族之民的王由她而出。』」

﹝靈意註解﹞亞伯拉罕豫表信心之父(羅四11)；撒拉豫表應許之母(加四23，28)。人的信心與神的應許合作，就產生出國度和君王。
