曙光城是一個相當複雜的地方，曾經出現不少罪犯，而在於前身名為華茲城的時候，有一支名為華茲城衛的自願者出來幫助市民，可惜因為所做出的破壞及他們秘密公開之後，最後被迫退休，在歷史上消失匿跡，連同華茲城這個名字都成為了歷史。

幸好這個城市在於黑暗中總有一點曙光，私刑者黑夜在於晚上打擊罪惡，雖然他的手段難以接受，同時對於超能力者有著不可告人的愛恨情仇，導致不少聲音都對私刑者都趕盡殺絕，甚至我們的曙光黑夜都選擇了離開，城市再一次被黑暗所籠罩。

不過，就像城市名一樣，在於黑暗當中總有曙光，總會有人來延續故事。
