My life... is falling apart.

My parents are going to divorce. Normally I would absolutely love this because it would mean no more of the constant arguments that ring through the house on a daily basis. 

But they sure picked the wrong time to do it.

I always knew they were going to do it, but the time they picked to do it was possibly the most inappropriate time in all of our lives.

Especially mine.

In the end, though, I guess it was always a sort of bomb of impending doom we knew could drop any second.

Because in some ways, more than not, my family is sort of like an ocean; full of calm seas, sudden raging torrents and constantly drifting apart...
