海權國家伊諾蘭帝國西方海域，面對大陸上的共產主義強國「格拉西亞人民共和國」的最前線，凪沙島。一旦與之對上眼便會變成石像的「巫女」，是在這寧靜的島嶼四百年間一直流傳著的傳說。
凪沙島南部，獵人少女紫苑居住的村落未留村，遭到了格拉西亞人民軍的突然襲擊。在哀嚎、狩獵與槍響的兵荒馬亂之中，少女與巫女相遇了。
傾瀉而下的殷紅色光芒，以及不情願的接吻，為兩人的故事揭開了序幕。
