Scarlet Eldridge discovers a abandoned pirate ship while working with her father at Kullens Lighthouse in Sweden. The ship was dreadful, very dreadful, but for a pirates ship that had washed ashore there was no sign of violence or foul play. Scarlet notices that there were supper plates half eaten on the crews table, and extra food in the pots on the icy-cold stovetop.
