　　他單相思的那位桃花眼學弟，前幾天才被標記在Facebook合照。如同過去每一張照片，畫面裡笑出小虎牙的學弟右手慣例箍著尾戒。讀懂這暗示的他嘆口氣，心煩意亂地耙耙頭髮，卻仍給對方點了讚。

　　一天他和學弟共進午餐，兩人面對面而坐的當下，他忽然感到怪異，好像有哪裡不太一樣。直到對方拿紙巾揩嘴唇，他才恍然究竟是什麼地方讓他覺得不對勁──沒有尾戒。學弟的右小指很乾淨，什麼也沒有。

　　他迷迷瞪瞪記起了，其實每次兩人約會時，學弟都沒有套尾戒。
