Waking in someone else bed is strange but I feel content being here too, everything from last night was perfect. It was another side of her I didn't expect she's always in control of herself but last night I saw the real her I think. Finally moving to get out of bed I hear talking downstairs so I grabbed the nearest clothing to me and snuck downstairs. I couldn't make out what they were saying but I was curious so I called out to Jyn lightly. Soon I was introduced to Hadith her relative which was a weird way to put it, but jyn went back to cooking breakfast. That left me with Hadith and I was nervous.

She was energetic but we had a conversation till breakfast was done, somethings I deflected with a question. But it lingers with me why she left her sentence like that before, who is Jyn's father exactly she sounded scared of him. When Jyn sat down I was saved from her questions of the how and when with Jyn. She seemed nice but after she left Jyn had a serious expression I hadn't seen before like she wanted to say something.

She collected our empty dishes but didn't respond to me with the soft approach of asking. It felt like a forbidden topic that no one speaks on like it would summon the devil himself. I didn't want to pry but I didn't like her feeling distant either so I walked up behind Jyn to hug her. I whispered that our date went well and I'm still here for her and looking for the next one. But I had to get home and feed my animals at least which reminds me, I didn't see her goldfish anywhere here. I headed upstairs to find my clothes since I put on hers instead of mine which was embarrassing enough.

When I slipped the last piece of clothing on she finally came upstairs and her distant look was gone. She was looking rather sad and I couldn't figure out why so I took a leap of faith and kissed her smile back.

She gave me a last kiss before walking me out it did feel like she was afraid I wasn't gonna come back to her. I hope I could take away those fears in some way before I left, but I'm sure everything will be fine. I didn't have much time home to feed my cats but I made sure I gave them a treat and attention before I got ready for work. I guess dating a woman is unique I haven't felt so fulfilled with my other partners in the past. I had plans to ask her thoughts at work of course because I was feeling the connection between us, I was hoping she felt the same. When I arrived at work I was already searching for her silhouette on my floor I even asked around but no one knew where she was. I didn't worry since I'm sure she's just late today, but I didn't see her at all.

As days carried on I still hadn't heard from her every time I checked my phone I realized I never asked. Worry and panic were the least of my worries every day I went home alone I felt so hurt I didn't have an answer or a reason but after a week I finally went to June and asked directly.

It took more convincing but I was persistent and I didn't hesitate to keep asking and begging. For some reason I was far more aggressive than normal, I felt like something was wrong. When I got the address I went straight to it but June had a warning. I was confused why she said I was stepping inside of a hungry lion's den, I wanted to ask but Jyn plagued me. I just needed to see her and make sure everything okay, well more so between us. Her home was massive I never realized this place existed just outside the city. I pushed a button when a man called out to state my business. So I took a sharp breath and asked for Jyn but the silence was thick for a long time.

That's when I finally heard another voice call out to me as the massive gates opened. The first step inside felt like pure dread to me I felt so terrified the deeper I walked inside, June's message replayed and I was getting scared. But I was here for Jyn so I pressed on till I arrived at the door. I knocked softly afraid to be overly loud but the door opened rather quickly, so I tried to talk but.

In movies I thought tall people were a myth yet here stops a myth in flesh, I thought the large doorway was just aesthetics. But this man was towering over me and I felt More than just small.

He just stared at me but his face was so gentle similar to his voice, it put me at ease for sure. But I had to plead my way inside till he caved and told me I have less than two minutes to get in and out before the master returned. I didn't know what he meant but he guided me to Jyn's room, this home is overly large. When we arrived he knocked to announce me to her but she didn't let him finish her voice was so different than I remember. He gave me a look before leaving me standing here outside of her room, it took me a second to find my courage. But when I did I finally entered her room and she hadn't changed much but it had not been long since we last week each other either.
