In the middle of a small city sits a cage, inside the cage lays a man. They say he has the strength of an angered bear, and has the teeth of a lion. His brown fur is as thick as a wall of rocks. He sways his long tail back and forth slowly, as the people that watch him laugh, smile, and make fun of him.
One kid though, walks up to him. He has this smirk on his face, and says to him, "I bet you're hungry huh, here," said the kid, as he hands him a bag of dog poop. "Come on take it, a big boy has to eat too," said the kid smiling.
Mendolo sees how the crowd around him laughs at how the kid disrespects him, and the little boy still has that bag of shit in his hand. "Come on ape eat it," said a man in the crowd. And now, everyone is chanting, "Eat it! Eat it! Eat it! Eat it!"
"You got me helpless now, but now is not the same as When, because you will die," Said Mendolo softly, like his voice is broken.
His voice is drowned out by the crowds cheering and laughter, nobody heard him, except the boy, who had dropped his bag of shit. Later that day, the boy went home to sleep. His brother, who sat beside the boy's resting body said, "Isn't it creepy, when that beast threatens you, but acts so calm Keven."
Keven stood up in shock, "you were there too." "No, but he talks to himself all the time about breaking free, it's a little sad," said the older brother as he reads a book."
