不知道題目所指的水是單指液態狀的水，還是連氣體或固體狀的水都包括在內？

如果是前者的話，地球上當然不可能有大型動物和植物存在，大海都要變成荒漠。

但是不排除有些微生物能適應極端環境，依靠空氣內的水份生存。

如果指的是後者，地球大概就只有變成第二個水星或火星的命運了。
