Maddy locked the door of her bedroom and got hard to work. After about an hour of thinking and planning, she ran through the palace and slipped a note under the grand double doors of the entrance that read:

Maddy hid behind a plant at the front entrance of the palace and waited.

She waited and waited and waited some more, eventually she grew bored and as she was about to leave the note slipped back under the door, she heaved the door open as fast as she could and pulled her friend in the castle covering his mouth from screaming in suprise.

She closed the door and dragged him away as fast and quietly as she could and they ran down at least one hundred flight of stairs until they finally reached the cellar.

"I have never been more tired in my entire life, I mean I work out...sometimes...maybe never but my legs feel like they are going detach from my body, go dig a whole, bury them selves, take a hundred year nap them come back and decide I was to cruel for them and go find a new owner. Then what will I have? Huh? No pairs of legs!" He ranted on very dramatically.

Maddy had never seen this side of Leo so it took her a few seconds to recollect herself.

She soon realized he wasn't going to be quiet so she just covered his mouth again and dragged him to a small silver butten on the wall that you wouldn't be able to notice if you didn't know it was there.

She held down the button for twenty-three seconds and the wall slowly split open revealing a small passegway which she and Leo both quickly stepped into and pressed another butten to close it back up. They walked down the cold narrow hall until they reached a small metel door.

Maddy turned around towards the wall and stared at it for a moment before placing her hand on a small off-white patch of paint that you would again never notice if you hadn't of known it was there.

She stepped inside quickly followed by Leo who placed his hand on another of white patch on the other side of the door, locking it up again.

The room was rather large with stuff spread out all around it. In the far corner there was a huge tv with two brightly coloured beanbag chairs placed in front of it.

Below the tv there were mounds of stuffed animals, pillows and blankets for when they slept the night.

On the other end of the room was a knights shield and protection with a verity of swords placed on shelve all around it. Beside that there was a round table with four chairs serounding it and stacks of paper, pencils, and other art supplies stacked on top of it.

The corner of the room directly across from the door was a large bookshelf with so many books you couldn't even count. There were the classical fairy tales and kid stuff but there were also some non fiction books about old ancient ruins, potions, and secret codes, these were the types of things Maddy and Leo both like to read the rest is just for show. One of the shelves looked particularly bright and if you looked closely and examined each book you would see why, for one book on that shelf was vaguely glowing...

"I came down here today to grab my sword for our forest trip." She paused "But when I got down I barely had time to breath as somone knocked me to the ground! I couldn't get up and the person grabbed a knife and almost killed me!" She ranted
