4/29今天星期四，戴口罩走到G4樓梯出來

胸悶，喘氣越來越嚴重，就算口罩拿下來還是過一陣子才舒緩

心臟也是很有壓迫感，應該是想心肌梗塞，像是躺在地上被人踩著一樣

這個禮拜我都沒有吃藥，唯一有異常的只有星期一情緒失控，除此之外沒有什麼起伏

身體退化根據這幾天觀察也沒什麼問題，至少上週沒事
