　　公元2135年，整個宇宙以及世界萬物已經可以用數學公式去理解，去解釋一切。改變世界不是甚麽困難的事了......

　　人類最原始的崇拜一一「魔法」也由此誕生。

　　就在這繁榮的時代「同步率」不平衡的問題漸漸地困擾着人類......

　　「離人類第七次『同步化』還有四分鐘，請各位做好準備。」這是人類在「舊世界」上說的話。

　　在這個被巨大金屬半球體籠罩着最後一次說話。

　　那個半球體在一陣類似引擎的聲音下，引擎聲後伴隨以來的是空間扭曲，人類文明從此在「舊世界」中消失......人類失敗了，這次的賭博完敗......帶來犧牲是全人類，整個人類文明。

　　但是同為人類的本性始終改不掉。它是人類的敵人，卻是又拯救人類多次......

　　下一次的「拯救」又在何時出現呢？又或者「拯救」又在何時消失呢？
