一直都很懂事的她，很少在別人面前哭泣。為了不給獨自把她帶大的母親添憂，她從來不在母親面前發脾氣、耍性子、甚至流淚。總之，她自小就會把在外面遇到的不快和委屈都偷偷藏在心裡。

久而久之，她變得不懂得如何表達自己的不滿和不快。學習時期是這樣，到後來到社會工作也是這樣，因為她早已學懂逆來順受。

然而當至親離她而去，所有負面情緒積存到她消化不到的地步，終於她崩潰了。斗大的眼淚終於奪眶而出，那一剎那，她覺得如釋重負，雖然對解決面前的困境並沒太大的幫助，但積壓的感情終於得以宣洩。

那一天，她哭得像個小孩，心中的重負也隨著眼淚而慢慢減輕，原來哭泣並沒有她想象中困難。
