我曾經遇過這樣的人，「危機處理能力」相當的高，那處變不驚的冷靜真是讓人欽佩，深深覺得一個團體中，這樣的人總是扮演最重要的角色，也不是沒有原因的。

學習在危機處境中如何逆轉局勢，似乎也變成一個生存要領，正視問題並找出解決方法，過程有助於提升自己和鍛鍊自己越來越穩。

那些能帶領整個團隊解決問題的人，都相當極少用抱怨處理事情，就算身處危機環境，也能提出最好的方案，提供明確地選擇方向，減少風險和損失，這樣的對象也是學習的好榜樣。

生活中處處是危機，也處處是轉機，懂的在處境裡逆轉局勢的人，想必是從處境中看到了不一樣的觀點，人不能活得太自我，懂的調適、成長、學習是相當重要的。
