他是一位中年大叔，年紀看起來約四十有五，皮膚黝黑的他留一臉鬍渣正翻著報紙吃著桌上簡單的早餐。

桌上有張全家福，是他與太太和兩名孩子的照片，只不過照片有些斑駁，像是很久之前的照片。

他的臉上似乎有著深深的憂鬱，隨後又清潔了廚房裡的餐盤，看似邋遢但居住的環境卻相當整潔。

他孤獨的一個人活著，在鄰居眼裡他活成十足的怪樣。

不過他卻不在意，因為他自己知道如今的他為何會成了這樣。

他將手擦乾淨，開啟一個年代已久的老唱片，那歌聲優美的傳出，一瞬間讓大叔沈浸在過往。

他開始在空蕩的房子裡跳起舞，臉上帶著笑容和溫柔，像是和久違不見的愛人重逢。

此時此刻的他不在是別人眼中的怪人，反而是一位愛妻愛家的好男人。

他是一位中年大叔，一位孤獨的宅男，一位用孤獨回憶過往的男人。

他用孤獨填滿了自己的生活，又用生活教會了自己如何平靜心去面對「失去所愛的痛。」
