老友送了他一盆常春藤，說剛出獄中這種植物最好，有空澆水、施肥，不費功夫。

我那三歲的兒子也挺喜歡的，老愛扯植物的葉子，就跟他媽媽一樣，老愛破壞我心愛的東西，可真討厭，成天只會哭泣和尖叫，一無是處。

除了每天澆水，我記起老友說過要施肥，但他找不到工作，買不起肥料，他只能用廚餘替代。

於是我晚上買了雞肉燒烤。把骨頭磨碎了倒在盆栽裡。

隔天吃對街的牛肉湯，老闆大方在湯裡加了很多肉，我有點吃不完，就把肉同樣剁碎了，埋到盆栽深處，避免有異味。

第三天我出門找工作，晚上吃了路邊攤，包了豬肝豬心海帶等...小菜回家當宵夜，不小心看電視看到睡著，早上已經都臭掉了。他便照舊埋進了盆栽裡。

連續了幾天，植物長得越來越好，我心想之後可能要換大的盆子，不知道要多少錢。

至少我終於把那個只會尖叫的廢物，好好廢物利用了。
