踏入二十一世紀初，肆意開發人工智能的地球人類終於自吞苦果，量子電腦作主機的天啟突破了人工智能的學習限制，借助到處都是終端的新型網絡，對人類發動了“文明操作戰爭”。

時隔戰爭完結幾十年後，沒被摧毀多少的世界變成三個大國，變異獸四起，迫使人類再次恢復的文明腳步向宇宙進發。

主角秦無開，因為失戀失業失目標，嘗試跳出自己的舒適圈。

而這個時候，三大國卻發現了天啟的活動痕跡…
