其實地球上，也有一些法律管不了的區域（比如說公海，南北極）等等。

如果，我們在這些區域犯法，是用所在的船（所登記的公司地區）／住所（比如說北極的各國研究所）所判定是用哪個國家的法律。

不過公海殺人，也依然時有所聞，也被不少推理小說愛好者拿來用故事橋段。

如果在火星上，有人被殺了，這不是很有趣的小說題材嘛。

書名也寫好了，《火星殺人事件》。
