Not really sure how to feel.

This world of crazy syllables puts up a good fight,

But I'm losing my mind in this puddle of lyrics.

I wish someone would take me away to a lighter place,

Someplace with understanding and unseen faces.

Oh, but those lovely things that keep me down.

The familiar voices of my past and present intertwined

Lock me in a conversation with a hopeless wish.

The paths were all intersecting, but now I see a clearer choice.

Did I never think to look up?

Take me back.

Back up to that comforting heaven.

Let me rest my head on your shoulders.

Hold me until it's all over.
