As much as I envisioned starting this blog on neutral grounds, with topics mostly uncontroversial in nature, this is difficult with the times we live in now. Every current event seems to be a scandal, an overexpression, a genocide of reason. So though I would love to start somewhere peaceful, this blog is as much for me as it is for the reader, perhaps even more so, and in this instance the thoughts I wish to commit to word are to be considered controversial in their representation, as they rightfully should.
