No view of a boiling sea

Crumbled mountains

Or sky descending

Could bring fear to me

As when verdant irises

Cast their gaze

Over my present body

And striving humanity

For reality’s first time;

At least apocalypse

Allows suffering to end

When my inadequacy

To the one of power

Is proven to be true
