They woke in a strange metal void.

A bit like the interior of a spaceship, except filled with nothing.

Mark looked around for his friend.

Cassidy was curled up in a ball in the corner, shivering.

He knelt down beside him.

"Cass!"

"M-m-mark...!"

"Cass, what's wrong?"

"I'm getting... bad f-f-feelings from t-this pl-lace..."

He rocked himself up and down, as if to comfort himself.

"CAIN!" A loud voice boomed. 

Cassidy jumped.

Mark peered behind him.

And then a 3D hologram appeared.
