好事多磨，只不過順延一天罷了，結果今天醒來氣溫驟降，還以為又去不成了。還好中午陽光猛烈，曬了一個下午，氣溫稍微回升，於是決定按原定計劃起行。
結果下水時還是全身一震 ── 水、好、冷 😖
雖然活動一下身體就會暖和起來，奈何貓的廢臂還在痛，左右手划的步速不協調，需要不時休息否則左手會痛到麻痺（完全無法用力連抬手都沒法那種），感覺快要脫臼。
原意是水療嘛，不能操之過急，慢慢來吧。
